Quality Leads LLC operates the National Roofing brand and uses SMS text messaging to provide appointment-related communications to homeowners who have scheduled a free roof inspection and have separately agreed to receive text messages.
A homeowner may first speak with a Quality Leads LLC representative using the National Roofing brand by telephone regarding the scheduling of a free roof inspection.
Scheduling an inspection does not automatically enroll the homeowner in SMS messaging.
After an appointment is scheduled, the representative separately asks whether the homeowner would like to receive text messages regarding the scheduled inspection.
SMS consent is optional. A homeowner may schedule a roof inspection without agreeing to receive SMS messages.
Before any SMS message is sent, the representative asks for permission using language substantially similar to the following:
“May National Roofing, operated by Quality Leads LLC, send you text messages at this number regarding your scheduled roof inspection, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and a follow-up after the appointment? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.”
The homeowner must affirmatively agree before any SMS message is sent.
After SMS consent is provided, Quality Leads LLC and National Roofing may send appointment-related messages including:
Inspection appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Scheduling or rescheduling updates
Appointment-related service information
Follow-up messages asking whether the inspector arrived
Follow-up messages asking whether the inspection took place
These messages are intended for appointment coordination and customer-care purposes.
This SMS consent does not include unrelated promotional or marketing messages.
If Quality Leads LLC or National Roofing uses SMS for marketing in the future, separate appropriate consent will be obtained where required.

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional messages from this SMS program unless you separately opt in again.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Quality Leads LLC may share information reasonably necessary to coordinate a requested roof inspection with a participating roofing service provider. This may include information such as the homeowner’s name, property address, appointment time, and contact information.
However, SMS opt-in information and consent are not transferred to participating roofing service providers for their independent marketing purposes.
Consent to receive SMS messages from Quality Leads LLC or National Roofing does not authorize a participating roofing service provider to send separate marketing text messages unless the homeowner independently provides consent to that provider.
Quality Leads LLC and National Roofing help coordinate free roof inspection appointments with participating roofing service providers.
The roofing contractor or company performing the inspection may be a separate business from Quality Leads LLC and National Roofing.
